Here at Day Dreamer, we believe in creating original artwork for our merch and accessories. Everything we make is hand illustrated using digital painting software. NO AI JUNK HERE. This means sometimes the artwork may have small imperfections or irregularities.

Some of our artwork is FAN ART and as such is loosely based on characters/motifs - we do not make any claim to own the original IP and are only inspired by their ideas.

By purchasing a Day Dreamer product from our site or merch stands, you're agreeing to our returns policy and company disclaimer (Day Dreamer Policy) in its entirety.

Day Dreamer do not give permission for any third party company to use our artwork for their own gain.

Day Dreamer's products are not to be resold or marketed under a different brand without express written permission from Day Dreamer directly.

Day Dreamer will endeavour to notify our customers of any delays or issues with their order, but are not bound to a timeline to keep customers abridged of these delays. As such customers are not entitled to a refund or reimbursement for delayed communications.

On occasion, Day Dreamer will have promotional pricing applied to our products, if a price on an item is reduced below the price a customer has purchased for, unfortunately there is no option for reimbursement or store credit to be applied. We do our best to advertise promotional pricing to all customers.

If a store credit or voucher is supplied, this amount is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged.

Day Dreamer may collect your data for the purposes of internal marketing and fulfilling orders, we do not however share you data with any third party companies. If at any stage, you wish to have your data removed or updated in our records, please reach out via the CONTACT page.

Customers of Day Dreamer should contact us directly in the case of any manufacturing defects with their orders, we do not suggest attempting to contact the fulfilment centre directly and may result in a forfeiture of any refundable balance.

Day Dreamer are unable to discuss or disclose the details of an order with any party not named in the purchase without express written permission from the order holder.

Day Dreamer reserves the right to refuse a sale to a customer who is being unreasonable or does not have the brand's interests in mind. We also reserve the right to adjust or decline an order if the billing information is incomplete, incorrect or deemed to be duplicated suspiciously from another order.

Day Dreamer reserves the right to withdraw products from sale if they become unavailable or unsaleable. We also reserve the right to change or edit the pricing, design, inclusions, production and lead time on any product advertised under our brand.

Day Dreamer are not responsible for how our clothing may react with your body and or other clothing or possessions.
