DAY DREAMER RETURNS POLICY

First of all...we don't think anyone would want a refund on our merch, but just in case:

We reserve the right to deny refund requests for change of mind. If there is an issue with the production of your order, please contact us via our CONTACT page. In nearly all cases, we will require clear photos showing any issues so that we can resolve accordingly.

Shipping costs are not refundable in any circumstance, please ensure you select your items carefully.

If you've placed your order and have changed your mind or something isn't quite right, please contact us as quickly as possible and we will look into whether the order can be adjusted or cancelled - but please note that this may not be possible pending the status of the order.

No refunds will be accepted for products that have been misused or after 30 days from original purchase date.
